Common questions
How do I delete my data?
All your data is stored locally on your device. To delete everything, simply uninstall the app. If you use iCloud sync, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Growly to remove synced data.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Growly > Settings > Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases". Your Premium subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
My iCloud sync isn't working
Make sure iCloud is enabled in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > iCloud. Growly syncs automatically when connected to the internet. Try closing and reopening the app if data isn't appearing on another device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Growly and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
The app is crashing or not loading
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app — your data will be restored from iCloud if sync is enabled.
How does receipt scanning work?
Growly uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to read text from receipt photos. Tap the camera icon when adding a transaction, take a photo or select one from your library. All processing happens on your device — images are never uploaded.
